I spent the morning walking past Queen Street thinking about the rubble they want to turn that beautiful facade into and it honestly just makes my blood boil. Behind the scenes things are moving slowly because I am trying to track down the right planning officers who will actually listen instead of just handing me a script about urban renewal.

I was just looking at the screen and realized how much steam this has actually picked up which feels honestly surreal because I started this in my kitchen while feeling completely frustrated about those demolition plans. It is wild to think that so many people feel just as strongly about keeping our history standing as I do and I am still trying to wrap my head around the momentum building up right now.

Absolute shame to tear that down. It looks way better than the modern rubbish being put up lately.
This building is part of our heritage. Once it is gone we cant get it back. Please stop this now.
How can they call it a conservation area and then agree to demolish this place? Makes zero sense.
Ridiculous decision. We need to hold onto our history instead of building another sterile office block. Keep the warehouse standing.
Belfast is losing its character one building at a time. Leave it be.

STOP THE DEMOLITION
