The developer confirmed this morning that they are moving forward with the playground installation at the site next to the pool. I have sent over our list of 154 signatures to finalize the site plan details. We will monitor the construction timeline once ground is broken next month.

Hi neighbors! Please consider signing this petition so we can send this to the developer of Stafford at Langtree to ask them to please add a playground to our wonderful neighborhood! Right now the best place is in the clearing next to the pool, but there may be an option for a place in the new phase too. We have so many kids living here and I'm sure so many more to come so a playground would be such a GREAT addition for us all!

The volume of support has reached a level that allows me to formally schedule a meeting with the development team. I am currently drafting a letter outlining our specific site preferences for the empty lot near the pool.

It's the thing we miss most about our old neighborhood. Let's make oue awesome community even better!
We were under the assumption this was already being done. The kids need a nice playground.
I definitely think we should have a playground In this neighborhood, given the number of families with kids under 10.
Please build a playground, there are so many kids in this neighborhood that would benefit! They can’t leave the neighborhood because of the busy street (Faith) this would be so great for the kids
We would love to have a new playground! We have a 3yr old & an 11yr old....hoping for something simple, but something they both can enjoy!

Our neighborhood needs a playground to accommodate the many families with children. Most newer subdivisions offer playgrounds and ours should too.
