Hon. Mr Arun Jaitley, Why should banks charge the conman man charges for no minimum balance in account and handover thousands of crores to scoundrels. The fact that one is not able to keep minimum balance is a sign of testing times for the account holder. If the banks can’t assist him/her and their prime objective is to “bailout “ the super rich they have no right to charge the poor account holder to take his hard earned money from the bank. Say NO TO MINIMUM BALANCE!

This is total loot by banks. My own money gets deducted automatically because I had few hundred rupees less. Ridiculous policy.
