(a) improve the reliability of the existing service to Hampton and
(b) increase the line’s capacity by providing longer trains and a more frequent service – REGARDLESS of Cross Rail 2 plans

More frequent service is a necessity for people to be able to commute, plus the speed of the train, the current time to reach Waterloo is embarassing. Good Luck!

Apparently it takes longer to travel to Waterloo now than when the station opened 150 years ago! That is so embarrassing. We need at least 4 trains an hour, two going via Kingston and the other two via Richmond at all times of the day (from 05.30 - 01.00) with each train around 15 minutes apart.
