Something needs to be done about the commuter service now being offered from Sawbridgeworth to London since the timetable change.
Peak hour services have been cut from Liverpool Street, many recommended journeys now require a change at Harlow Town and there is only 1 direct train an hour from Liverpool Street in the evening so this service has been halved!
For a service where the price has increased, we deserve more. Not to mention that fact that almost every day, without fail, the evening services have been delayed which has meant missing the Stratford connection at Harlow Town anyway.
The new timetable clearly isn't working and we need our service back.
This has been sent to Greater Anglia but please keep signing as I am not sure they are doing anything to resolve this at the moment!!!

I have spent hours stuck on platforms and missing connections because of these ridiculous timetable cuts. Reading your stories about how much time you are losing with your families proves that this is a systemic failure rather than just a few bad days.

The momentum behind this is growing because everyone is tired of being stranded at Harlow Town after a long day. Seeing this level of support confirms that our frustration with the new timetable is shared by so many of my fellow commuters.

Half the service for double the hassle. Just put the direct trains back on!
FIX IT. Prices up, service down. Typical.
I am sick of standing on platform at Harlow waiting for a connection because my train from London was late. Sort it out Greater Anglia.
Ridiculous. We pay a fortune for these season tickets and the service is worse than ever. Need trains back to how they were.
Getting home is a nightmare now. Changing at Harlow is a joke when the connections never line up anyway.
