A Preliminary Plan Review for a project of 313 RENTAL UNITS, 35 BUILDINGS, PLUS AMENITY BUILDINGS on 41 Acres, across from the Clairemont Subdivision and at the end of the Arlington Subdivision will be presented to the Lancaster Planning Committee on May 17, 2016 at City Hall in Lancaster, SC at 6:00 P.M By TWO Capital Partners. The neighbors surrounding this area must unite to stop this project.

A project like this has the potential of:

1) Lowering our property values.

2) Adding a minimum of 1200 more people to this already congested area.

3) Crowding our already over crowded schools.

4) Adding more traffic,

5) Bringing crime to the area.

WE CAN STOP THIS PROJECT IF WE PULL TOGETHER!!!.

We need bodies at the Planning Board Meeting!

Please meet at the Arlington Clubhouse, wear a WHITE SHIRT OR TEE and plan to carpool to the meeting. Assembly will begin at 5:00 P.M. and leave no later than 5:30 P.M.

You can also sign a paper copy of this petition beginning at 6:30 A.M. to 8:00 A.M. May 2nd, 3rd and 4th, come to the Arlington Clubhouse to sign a petition against this project. The Clubhouse will also be open from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on May 4th for the purpose of gathering signatures.
