2 issues that have to be addressed further than the plans that are already in place before something like this can be considered and must town 1. the schools are already very crowded and the current planned new schools are only a bandaid on a gunshot wound if these projects continue to get approved 2. the roads and traffic

We are against building of this complex! Our local infrastructures can not handle the current volume of traffic let alone adding to it. This creates risk of further overcrowding and prohibits emergency vehicles and current residents from navigating our already overcrowded streets during high volume periods!

Thank you for organizing this petition. Seems we have to do this way too often, but your diligence is appreciated!

The county infrastructure is already spread way too thin (schools, roads, fire, police, ect). Apartments such as this are a quick buck for our community, but do not improve it long term.

Traffic is already terrible in the mornings on Calvin Hall. Adding more housing (ie more people and more cars) will only compound this issue.

The proposed development that would have given us homes instead if apartments was denied. This would make it impossible to get onto Calvin Hall for the morning commute. I already can not get onto 160 making a left to go to work ami supposed to use a helicopter. Many residents face the same hardship
