The homeowners on Sandy Ridge Drive, High Perch Drive, and Talon Way and Tail Feather Drive surrounding the lake South-West of the intersection of Sandy Ridge and High Perch in the Meadow Lakes community in North Ridgeville do formally request the installation of a water fountain in our lake.

Ours is one of the only lakes in the community without a fountain. While ours is mostly not publicly viewable and thus may not be a marketable asset to K. Hovnanian home builders seeking future contracts and sales, we request that the Meadow Lakes Homeowners Association install a fountain in our lake. This would offer the following benefits to those of us living around it:

• aeration to better oxygenate the water and enhance the habitat of wildlife,
• decrease mosquito activity,
• control and reduce excessive algae growth,
• enhance our aesthetic enjoyment of the lake, for which many of us specifically chose our lots and generally, the Meadow Lakes community.
