It will cost a little bit of our M.S.T.U tax dollars, a one time assessment of $5 for the year. proposed by MSTU-waterfall committee.

Yes, folks you read correct less than a bucket of KFC.  you will invest on your community Entrance, and maintain the beauty that once was.

Attracting citizens around the nation to move into our neighborhood and grow thus expanding our commercial services and facilities we lack of.

Just so you will know, Deltona corporation property owner of approx. 2,250 lots will also put in their share of approx. $22,500. into this project.  So you see folks you are not alone on this, therefore let your neighbor,family member, friend, church member in Marion Oaks to sign this petition and say "YES"  I want my community to grow."YES" make my entrance look beautiful again.

And if you believe you can find a legitimate written estimate of rebuilding the waterfall lower than $100,000  please email us, or come to our meetings so we can find a way to lower this fee, before county commissioner's approval.

This land will be donated by Deltona Corporation to MSTU General Services.
