The Boards of the E14 Mill Quay Flats and Estate are planning to introduce controlled parking on the estate without any consultation with the residents whatsoever.

The scheme will be run by a private company who operate FOR PROFIT and have no concern about the wellbeing of the residents on the estate.

For the fines to be legally applied, the estate will be littered with unsightly parking control signs - given the legal minimum distance requirements.

Disputes will be fought with the parking companies directly otherwise will end up in court - stress that no-one currently needs.

Guest passes will need to be obtained for them to park adding additional administration for everyone.

To justify this Warwick Estates claim that the number of parking incidents/infringements and abandoned vehicles is currently uncontrollable and that they are simply reinforcing the estate deed and therefore do not need to consult the residents whatsoever!!

The residents should be consulted on this at bare minimum!
