We continue to hear of local residents recieving fines for parking at the Wye Dene Estate.
Whether it's returning to collect luggage or filling you car to take excess rubbish to the dump many residents are falling foul of the strict and unforgiving Parking Control Management UK Ltd
After years of inaction from Hallmark and continued misery for local residents We are calling on Hallmark to cancel and remove (Parking Control Management UK Ltd) as this would be the right thing to do.
There is a legal covenant on the Wye Dene estate to control parking but not to bully intimidate and use residents as a cash cow to fill the pockets of Parking Control Management UK Ltd.
Enough is enough it is time we stand up.

I just spent the morning reading through the stories people are sending in about their run ins with the parking firm and honestly my blood is boiling because this is so much worse than I even realized at the start. It feels like every single person here has a horror story about being targeted for just existing in their own neighborhood (or trying to pack a car for the dump) and I am working on getting all these accounts compiled to show Hallmark that we are not just going to drop this.

I really did not think we would see this kind of turnout so fast and it is just wild seeing how many neighbors feel exactly the same way about those parking fines. I keep reading through all the stories people are posting and it is honestly infuriating but it feels like the momentum is finally shifting toward actually getting Hallmark to wake up.

My plumber called to check what parts he needed to get. He was there for 8 minutes and got a ticket . We paid as we thought it was unfair for him to pay !!!
To protect the residents, there needs to be parking enforcement. However, the inflexible and down right opportunistic nature of the current company is abhorrent. If they operate at our / Hallmark’s request there should be more understanding of the residents needs, appeals and way of life e.g not being able to park right outside properties to load/offload. They should work to stop non residents parking here, not target residents.
Getting a parking ticket while stopping to collect my son that lives on the estate... With the parking warden parking illegally while ticketing my car....
I don't drive but I have friends and family picking me up and helping Me out regularly.. and when they get ticketed for helping me from house to car it isn't fair and I feel very embarrassed and awful that even a 10-20 min visit can cost them an awful lot of money I think if you have a home in the area you should also have the right to a permit and a space wether you have a car or not!
People should have the right to park their cars for short periods in order to load/offload goods or to pay short visits to residents. Why not have a system whereby a resident can buy vouchers for visitors to park their car, thus displaying the voucher on their windscreen. This has been successfully actioned elsewhere. I do not know of any residential estate where parking at all times is forbidden- where is the justice in this?
It’s stupid that there’s one bay per house hold even tho there are presents with kids and they grow up start driving and have no where to park and then have to pay £100 for trying to park close to there house as there are so many cars getting broken into
Totally shameful! We had a parent drop their child at our house tonight and within 5 minutes got a ticket. I hate living here for this reason!

It’s a joke that you can’t even unload your car or drop kids off without getting a ticket. This is where people live most houses have more than one car or family popping round have more passes for family if you must have parking control. This is just a money making exercise at the moment not to stop people parking illegally!!
