It is clear that the only aim of UKCPM is to extort money from owners, tenants and their visitors at Stafford Gardens and Arundel Square.
We propose to Ringleys' and UKCPM a scheme of self reporting via their website if someone parks in the wrong bay. There is not a major issue with this currently and the only victims to this scam are people parking in their own bay.
We demand that UKCPM stop issuing fines in bays or face a class action for tortious interference in a contract brought by the residents of Stafford Gardens and Arundel Square

Got 2 penalty charge notices on my own allocated parking space! Appealed twice, both unsuccessful. SCAMMERS!

I got fined also and appealed and got rejected. Haven't and won't pay it as I was parked in m you designated parking space I have to park in as I am a tenant and had my permit on show, pictures they sent were to show front and one side of car but not the side with the permit on. Rediculous having a car park with your own space and permit on show and still get fined to park... Utter scam and money grabbing
