The volume of support for this ordinance has moved us past the initial phase of skepticism from the planning commission. I have requested a formal meeting with the zoning department to present this list of residents who expect a favorable decision on the Cato Road development.

I have been in direct contact with members of the zoning committee to outline why this ordinance is essential for the future of Bordeaux. We are now preparing a formal brief that addresses the specific questions raised about the site development plan.

Quality developments like this, done by quality developers is part of the solution to the housing shortage here in Nashville.
This is very much so needed in line with economic equality. Being a VP in Business Banking at one of the largest US banks, this will be very encouraging and purposeful for both women and men of color. I will support in any way needed .
I live in this area and would much rather see these versus those colorful shotgun houses. REAL Affordable Housing solutions.
I love that the developer is a black female Fisk graduate! This would be a gorgeous addition to the community!
I support the BL2020-292 project and appreciate Guerrier Development for their communication with the community and having a vision to help the Bordeaux community grow!

What is the young Lady name heading up the project? When does the vote take place so we may rally together on the day of. We can show up in numbers ask questions and put pressure on the City!
