I support cleaning up and the restoration of a polluted Browns Creek which will contribute to the beautification of South Nashville.
I support creating a Park and Green Space surrounding Browns Creek, improving quality of life for residents in South Nashville.
I support moving forward with the closing and demolition of the Fairgrounds Speedway racetrack, eliminating noise pollution for South Nashville residents and Fall Hamilton Elementary School children and making way for the restoration of Browns Creek.

I met with city planning staff this morning to review the environmental survey data for Browns Creek. We are currently drafting a formal letter to the Council to request a public disclosure of the cleanup timeline.

browns creek has been a disgrace for years. finally someone is doing something about the trash and pollution.
fix the creek. it stinks and looks horrible. we deserve a nice place to live.
my kids love the fair please keep it open. it is one of the only things we have left in this part of town.
The flea market is a nashville staple. dont shut it down for no reason when it brings so many people to the area.
been going to the flea market my whole life. you cant just erase history for development.

TOTAL MESS down there right now. clean the creek and leave the fairgrounds alone.
