Reaching this level of support has been a long and exhausting process. I am drained by the resistance we face but seeing this growth reminds me why I started this fight in the first place.

this would be great for the neighborhood. tired of walking so far just to grab a coffee!
KEEP IT RESIDENTIAL! We dont need more traffic on chase st.
YES PLEASE. turn it into a shop or something. its going to rot otherwise.
too much noise as it is. residential only guys.
it sits empty and looks terrible. make it useful already.

been empty way too long. anything is better than an abandoned building.
