To all Clark County Republican Central Committee (CCRCC) Members,

As your elected representatives to the Washington State Republican Party, who are looking to represent our best both towards and on behalf of the Clark County Republican Party, we are requesting all Precinct Committee Officers (PCOs) sign the following mandate to the Executive Board:

1).

Whereas, recently a majority of all PCOs signed a petition to call a meeting to consider removal of the county party chair however chose not to remove anyone at the meeting;

Whereas, there is an ongoing, continued effort to remove the county party chair;

Whereas, there is a new effort from a few board members to remove the county party secretary, who called the special meeting on behalf of the members who signed the petition, as required in the bylaws;

Whereas, the Purpose of the Clark County Republican Party is to elect Republicans to office who represent our values and platform;

Whereas, the continued focus on Executive Board members removing each other is distracting all CCRCC members from the purpose of our party, is very public in nature, and the 2019 elections are two months away;

Whereas, our time and efforts are better spent helping our great conservative candidates win elections;

Therefore, we call on all of the duly elected Executive Board members of the CCRCC to immediately CEASE AND DESIST participation in all efforts to remove one another moving forward; to work together to focus ALL efforts in winning elections in 2019 and 2020; and to provide leadership that unites our party in the best interest of fulfilling our purpose as outlined in our bylaws.
