WE THE UNDERSIGNED WOULD LIKE TO BRING YOUR ATTENTION TO THE FOLLOWING COMMITMENT OF OWNERS, WITH RECOMMENDATION(S):
The below signatures indicate:
—a commitment to the CCA community for electing a new board of 5 officials on April 11
—an immediate set of amendments and updates to the bylaws
—assurance that the financial well being of CCA and adherence to and enforcement of state laws for a 501(c)3 entity will be our top priority from this day forward.
Recommendations —All Board Members provide all owners upon request with hard copies of the last 5 years of financial statements of accounting for CCA along with the cost of these copies within 5 business days of the request
—Provide each owner that requests copies of receipts, information and accounting statements for any sub-contracted work done on individual units and on behalf of CCA within 5 business days of the request

Finally someone is doing something about the books. Been asking for receipts for months and keep getting ignored.
