Abolish or reduce the impact of the HOA in Bridlewood Farms Community

Recently, the HOA announced a significant increase in yearly fees, which has raised concerns among many residents. The increase places an additional financial burden on homeowners, particularly those on fixed incomes or facing economic challenges. Moreover, the management and utilization of these funds do not seem to benefit the community as a whole. The unwarranted increase in the HOA fees, coupled with clear signs of inefficient fund management, demands urgent reconsideration.
If the HOA changes that negatively impact the community goes unchallenged then over time, the cumulative effect of negative changes can significantly alter the character and livability of the community. Homeowners may lose faith in the HOA's ability to govern effectively, leading to discontent and disengagement. The HOA has not been transparent enough with the community to warrant the increased in fees as well as looking for the best interest of the homeowners.
Let us strive for a community where the interests of all residents are upheld and safeguarded. We believe that by working together, we can create a more vibrant and supportive community while ensuring that all residents are able to live comfortable and enjoyable lives.
