Abolish or reduce the impact of the HOA in Bridlewood Farms Community

It is really disturbing that this happens to hard working individuals whom are barely getting by and wham! Out of nowhere an increase. Not happy with the way management handled this issue.

This increase is preposterous. I am a single mother & own a home in phase 1. I have paid $500 since purchasing in February 2021 before phase 1 or phase 2 was completed. With hundreds of more families paying into the hoa now that the neighborhood is finished, the HOAs should be somewhat reduce!

This is ridiculous and shows no sense of backing the homeowners. Bring receipts and meet with us to remedy this ridiculous situation.

Before the management company/HOA spend any of our money or make agreements with vendors, we homeowners need to get to vote on the expense.

Expenses that impact or raise HOA dues should be discussed and approved by the majority of homeowners and affordable options should be considered first.

The increased amounts HOA is demanding is not warranted

Zero raises to our already over priced HOA

Viewing the Annual budgeting form sent out as well as hearing the voices on the community page, the increases to the HOA fees are un reasonable. The cost of the majority of expenses listed are outlandish and generally do not have a positive impact on the community residents.
