922 Place has had all amenities such as the study room, pool, and gym closed since the middle of March, even though Gov. Doug Ducey allowed pools and gyms to reopen May 13. At this time, no rent reductions, refunds or solutions to reopen have been discussed with residents. Neighboring apartment complexes have worked with their residents to open amenities with strict regulations. 922 Place has left their residents in the dark about the situation and the next steps to find a solution. This petition is to give 922 residents a voice to demand the use of the amenities they rightfully pay for.
