We are petitioning to erect a communal area within the roof level constraints of our building. This area would serve as a communal area where all can gather as a community to break bread, share conversation, host cooperative events, etc. Our proposal to the board includes but is not limited to stabilization of the roof area, laying the appropriate flooring, erect privacy partitioning, as well as purchasing seasonal furniture / equipment.
We ask for you signature to help emphasize the interest of our request to the remainder of the shareholder community as well as the Shore Road House, Inc. Cooperative Board.

it would be so nice to have a spot to sit outside when the weather is actually good. we pay enough in fees and barely get any use out of the building. make it happen!

YES! Been waiting for this for years. A roof deck would change everything for the better around here.
