The management at 25 Mirage is still staying silent while our property gets ripped off in their so-called secure garage. This blatant negligence is pathetic and they are clearly hoping we just go away quietly. Keep emailing your complaints because we are not going to let them lie to us about our safety anymore.

I thought this since day 1. If your security is someone who doesn't even have the means or physical force to protect us, what's the point of having someone stand in the garage. The garage door needs to be fixed. And management must do something about this.
I haven't been yet a victim of the crimes but I won't wait any longer to take action. Things are betting way out of control. A third stealing a bike with a police officer meters away from him and a car missing the 4 wheels and rim...we have to secure the main residential building as well and key fobs need to be installed ASAP.

We are very disappointed with the lack of security from the Melo group and its management to all of their buildings, which they been burglarized several times in the last years. We don't understand why they been letting this to happen to the residents without re-enforcing the security?. We are paying high rent for these "luxury apartments" (as posted on the building web) but yet they cannot provide with a good security system in the building for the safety of the Tenants.
