I'm highly concern about the security in the parking lot of our building, i've seen the police officer twice writing reports of two different incidents of car breaking and i don't want to be next, that would suck.

We are very disappointed with the lack of security from the Melo group and its management to all of their buildings, which they been burglarized several times in the last years. We don't understand why they been letting this to happen to the residents without re-enforcing the security?. We are paying high rent for these "luxury apartments" (as posted on the building web) but yet they cannot provide with a good security system in the building for the safety of the Tenants.

I thought this since day 1. If your security is someone who doesn't even have the means or physical force to protect us, what's the point of having someone stand in the garage. The garage door needs to be fixed. And management must do something about this.

Security cameras are definitely needed. I would not want to come home to find my car vandalized or worse my apt broken into.

It is so difficult to come back from work or when you are going to work in the morning and see that your car was vandalized. We are hard working people we deserve better. 25 Mirage management needs to do something about that.

Administration needs to chege all gates since the break everysingle day. We need better security system and cameras inside the garage and elevators. What's next? Rapes? Please take action

I haven't been yet a victim of the crimes but I won't wait any longer to take action. Things are betting way out of control. A third stealing a bike with a police officer meters away from him and a car missing the 4 wheels and rim...we have to secure the main residential building as well and key fobs need to be installed ASAP.
