The developers at Sanders Ferry are finally feeling the heat because of our relentless pressure. This momentum proves that we will not let them pave over our neighborhood for their profit.

I’ve lived on this peninsula for over 25 years. The traffic from the growth has increased exponentially. This design plan does not fit the aesthetics of our neighborhood. I realize people want to live on the lake. But sometimes you simply have to say, “Sorry, not on our peninsula.”

This will totally destroy our community!! I live 2 street from where this will go and the traffic now is horrible. It will ruin our family atmosphere. Please stop inserting things that belong down in Nashville and destroying our simplicity in Hendersonville!!

No more residential developments until this cities infrastructure is restored. Only development should be select businesses that provide 50 or more professional jobs. Hold the various directors of local business development organizations accountable.

I vote No on this development. Traffic is already a complete debacle at both intersections to come onto our peninsula (Sanders Ferry and Walton Ferry) and this dense development just adds to the problem.

Thank you for taking the initiative to start the petition. We are concerned for many reasons including the disruption to the Marina parking as well as causing traffic flow issues that would congest the path for those living on the peninsula or utilizing the park

Stop building just to make a profit. We already have too much development going on while we still have empty retail space sitting unused. Unless you can give a detailed explanation of why this community needs what you want to build and how it will benefit or address a current issue, we don't want it!
