I am the owner of a condominium located at Parliament Towers 405 North Ocean Blvd. Pompano Beach, FL 33062.

I request that the Board of Directors of Parliament Towers Condominiums Inc. delay the imposing of any special assessment until the owners become more fully informed as to the specific finances of each special assessment, especially as it relates to any projects such as ELSS.

PLEASE SIGN & IN THE COMMENTS SECTION, PLACE YOUR UNIT NUMBER(S).

I spent the morning staring at the budget breakdown again and frankly it feels like we are missing half the paper trail on these projects which is just absurd when it is our own money on the line. People have reached out to me with such valid concerns about the ELSS timeline and the lack of clarity is honestly keeping me up at night. I am trying to pin down a few board members to see if they will actually talk to us instead of just dropping these massive numbers in our mailboxes.

I think the Board tried to ramrod this thru while most unit owners are not here. Many questions regarding the bid figures. 45 year owner/resident of unit 816.

I think it should not only be delayed but it should be split into 1 project at a time. I for one was not happy there was a vote for anything when the board meeting the month before was cancelled. That was our only chance to say our opinion about it.

I understand we are playing catchup for the prior Boards' many years of mismanagement and nepotism but we've been asked to fix too many items at once. And First Services NEEDS TO GO. They were NOT hired by the owners, but by a Board that we elected TO REPRESENT the owners but have not really shown us that is what they have been doing. There is a very damaging lack of communication in our bldg which we need to fix before its too late. I do believe the bldg could face bankruptcy if we let the Board and First Services continue to operate unchecked. We probably need legal counsel.

Michelle Solomon 827. Would like to see line items rather than just figures . Feel like we are being ask to pay for something but there has been little transparency .

Too many things included in this assessment and by law the ELS has been postponed for 4 years, so this can wait no rush is needed, Parliament House is getting a negative reputation around . This is going to make it impossible to sell, every time l put it on the market some work starts, concrete restoration that lasts for years. This is one example. People need a break

Apt 501, I recommend an audit. I believe that such a high assessment to be paid in 24 months very suspicious.
