Upon my acceptance/turn over of my unit I already unformed on the facade, it should be completely finish and clear and then they want the unit owners to suffer from those facade that since at first were already clear. Also the amount is not agreeable as we also need to pay other things and not only the condo itself.

The sudden charges are unfair, especially since the project is still new and has very limited amenities. There's only a pool, and the function hall is still managed by them, so they also keep the revenue from it.

As a fellow unit owner, I completely agree with this petition. Forcing us to shoulder a massive ₱31.5M assessment without proper transparency, general membership approval, or a proper quorum violates our rights under the Condominium Act. Management must freeze these billings immediately and release the Audited Financial Statements before asking for a single cent.

I am signing this petition because I strongly object to forcing unit owners to shoulder the ₱31.5 million cost of repairs and waterproofing. Before imposing such a huge financial burden on us, SMDC must fully explain why these expenses are being passed on to owners, provide complete transparency on the costs, and establish who is truly responsible for these building defects and repairs. Unit owners should not simply be made to pay without proper justification and accountability.
