We urge The Ridings to replace the broken fences surrounding our Graystone community without further delay. These fences are in dire need of replacement, and many of us have already contacted the HOA about the problem with no resolve or response.
The current fences are more than just unsightly. They are broken, unsafe, and create a poor first impression for everyone who lives here and visits our neighborhood. They also let wildlife into our properties, which makes daily life harder and adds to the sense that our homes are not being properly cared for.
For families, children, and pet owners, this is a real concern. A damaged fence can leave open gaps, sharp edges, and weak spots that should not be there in a shared community space. We should be able to feel secure in our own homes and yards, and right now that is not the case.
Graystone residents deserve a community that is maintained with care and respect.
We ask The Ridings and the HOA to take responsibility, respond to residents, and replace the fences as soon as possible. Clear action now will improve safety, protect our properties, and help restore pride in our neighborhood.
To keep my property and pets safe and secure. The lack of ongoing maintenance/quality replacements creates gaps in the fences and allows wildlife onto my property.
