Removal of the Ministry of Agriculture’s Permanent Secretary
We are calling for the removal or reassignment of the Permanent Secretary from the Ministry of Agriculture due to growing concerns about staff morale, treatment of employees, management practices and the overall working environment.
Staff deserve to be heard, respected and able to perform their duties without fear. We are asking the Prime Minister and relevant authorities to listen to staff and take the necessary action to restore confidence within the Ministry.
