We, the undersigned members of the Field Elementary LEARNS community, respectfully request that program leadership review ongoing concerns regarding workplace culture, communication practices, and administrative oversight within the program.

Several individuals have expressed concerns about issues including:

• Unprofessional communication among staff.
• Gossip and conduct that negatively affects workplace morale.
• Communication challenges between program leadership and families.
• Inconsistent support for staff members.
• A need for stronger leadership training, accountability, and professional development.

As a program serving children and families, LEARNS should maintain a positive, respectful, and professional environment for all staff, students, and parents. We believe that addressing these concerns will improve trust, collaboration, employee retention, and the overall quality of services provided to families.

We respectfully request that administration:

1. Review concerns raised by staff and families.
2. Provide an avenue for confidential employee and parent feedback.
3. Evaluate leadership effectiveness and communication practices.
4. Implement additional training, support, supervision, or other corrective actions as needed.
5. Ensure that professional standards are consistently upheld throughout the program.

This petition is submitted in the interest of improving the work environment and strengthening the quality of the LEARNS program for everyone involved.
