Petition of the Pine Forge Academy Parent Association and friends of Pine Forge to members of the Pine Forge Academy and the AEC Executive Boards
We are unaware of issues from the PFA PA that would cause the Headmaster to resign his position. As such, we are asking for the following:
1 That the Board of Trustees revisits this matter, allowing sufficient time for the parents to become familiar with the issues and voice their positions in light of the majority of parent objections to the manner in which the review of Mr. Campbell's contract was conducted.
2. That Mr. Campbell's resignation be rescinded to allow for the proper objective investigations and recommendations to the board, based on proper performance appraisals to be conducted by the superintendent of schools and reviewed by the Board.
3. That the Board of Trustees delays any further action on this matter, until it has had an opportunity to hear from the list of petitioners, as well as have an opportunity to review the objective data on this issue.

Just want to know who is driving these decisions. My son loves it here but this drama is getting out of hand.
This whole thing feels really rushed. We need real answers on what actually happened with the board and Mr. Campbell.
Please just give us some transparency. The lack of info coming from the board is pretty frustrating for all of us.
WHY WAS NO ONE TOLD ABOUT THE SUNDAY MEETING?? This is so shady.
Mr. Campbell was doing a great job. I dont understand why he had to go. Hope he comes back soon.
Has Mr Campbell stated that he wishes to be reinstated?

Not sure if there has been a response in regards to whether Mr. Campbell has indicated that he wishes to rescind his resignation. Unfortunately, all parents were not made aware of a meeting between parents and the Allegheny East superintendent that was scheduled for this past Sunday (6/8). If anyone has any feedback on the outcome of that meeting please share.
