There are way too many HMOs in the bury area creating disadvantages for the first time buyers who wish to stay in the area and raise families locally

Bury East and West are being transformed and not for the best, The growing blight of family homes being turned into 3 bed plus HMO’S is frightening.

There are more than enough HMO’s in this area already. It virtually next to a park where young children play, and have the right to feel safe. Enough is enough!

There is not enough affordable housing for families, we have families with 3 children mixed ages from teens to toddlers of mixed genders living in a two bed flat, because there is not enough family homes available and the rent is going through the roof! When are families going to be out first instead of profit and greed!

because the town has no facilities for any more all those flats have been built with no new doctors hospitals shops schools. traffic systems PLUS they will be filled with unvetted nonces rapists and animals who hate us .What more reasons do you need. And of course our council care nothing for the people of our area as long as they can fill their pockets with our money

Local resident and I have seen the negative result of to many HMOs in the area. Our once lovely area has completely changed in a very negative manner
