I am extremely concerned about this lady running the historic carousel at the entrance.

I have been going for years since I was a child. Today for the first time I took my daughter who is 1 and a half to the entrance historic carousel for the first time, and I was left absolutely disgusted. 

My daughter gave her ticket to the older lady and she let us on and we chose a tea cup. We were spinning the tea cup on the carsoul before the ride started and she approached us and told us not to spin the tea cup too fast ( although we weren’t , just spinning it normall, she then walked off and came back and told us that we either give her two more tickets or I hop off. 

I was confused as she let us on with the one ticket and thought my daughter being so young her dad and I could go on it with her and we could use the other 3 tickets for the dodgem cars and the clowns. But she wanted 3 tickets although she wanted one for the tea cups and the cars and that was cut short, so I hopped off the carasoul and my toddler and her dad stayed

As I was waiting for her to open the gate she approached me in an aggressive manner, tapping the sign aggressively and calling me unnecessary names. 

My daughter and her dad being on the carousel I was trying to watch and wave and she approached me again and told me that she just wants to get paid and I need to give her more tickets. 

She then stared verbally assaulting me by calling me names and making hurtful unnecessary comments, again I asked her to leave me alone. 

She wouldn’t, I asked her to stop the ride as I felt extremely uncomfortable and wanted my family to leave, she refused to stop the ride, continuing to act how she was in the video, at this point I feel so uncomfortable and upset, I approached the box and asked the lady to stop the machine, again the lady refusing. 

Finally after she had my toddler and husband on the carasoul forever with refusing to stop it, at this point my daughter was in tears because the owner was screaming at me. 

I feel so upset and hurt by this the way she acted infront of my child was absolutely disgusting. 

I started recording for my safety as she was honestly out of control and just abusing me. This is how she was acting around lots of children and she wouldn’t stop or leave me alone, she refused to stop the ride my child was on and then was refusing my refund.

I am so upset by this. I can’t believe this women is trusted with children and operating machinery. 

I will never be going back and wanted to warn other mothers, I have also found multiple reviews of other mothers unfortunately experiencing the same. 

Please read the reviews and please do not go to the entrance carsoul I feel absolutely sick to my stomach that this women is working around children!!

Please help close the fair to stop more children and parents being abused.
