Posh pets in Cheshunt are not looking after their animals properly, and they are lieing about what treatment they are giving their animals, myself brought a kitten from there and they said it had been de-flead and wormed but we got her home and she hadn't been, she was covered in feas and also had a scab on her nose and had a gammy eye, we have spent over £100 on vet bills already and we have only had her about two and a half weeks, and when i rung them to try get my money back the manager was very rude and said no and hung up on me, this pet shop is not a good environment for animals to be in and it needs to be shut down.
