The Entrance Amusement Park – with its iconic ferris wheel and historic carousel – has been the heartbeat of our waterfront for generations. It is a key reason families visit, tourists stay longer, and local businesses thrive.
Now, the Crown Lands Office plans to restrict permanent carnival and showground operations, effectively forcing the rides to leave. These attractions cannot realistically be trucked in every weekend – without permanent approval, they will be lost for good.

My daughter, her friends and my nephews love the carnival. There isn’t much old fashioned fun for kids to experience these days, let’s try keep them off screens and out having real fun with friends and family that creates memories for life.
The Entrance Merry Go Round is an institutional landmark and has served generations of local and visitor families. We have kilometres of under utilised waterfront reserves that can be activated., without the loss of this iconic attraction. Petition signed.
The Ferris wheel and other amusements are integral to place making at the Entrance. Visitors come to the Entrance because of it is family friendly atmosphere and the amusements are an anchor point for visitation. To remove these would be extremely detrimental to the local economy.
The carnival is an icon of The Entrance, it brings generations and many memories, it also creates employment for young locals at holiday times. The carnival should stay for generations to come. Everybody who goes to The Entrance had find memories of the carnival.
The amusement Park has been at The Entrance for decades, my grandfather would take me for rides around 1961 when we lived at Long Jetty. It is a pivotal part of the Central Coast. Removing them would be a huge mistake.
Great attraction, enjoyed many times with my son. We have many great memories together here
It's been there since I was a child I would hate to see it go

I've been coming to the carnival events and the entrance since i could even remember and now I have a little girl of my own and I bring her here Aswell. The last thing I'd want would be too see this gone. Please don't take out memories and fun futures away from our children :(
