I have been emailing the HOA for the last 1.5 years complaining about the yard directly behind us at 2312 South 1950 West. The weeds are over the fence and encroaching in our yard. I have found several dead mice in our yard not to mention what an eye sore it is. The HOA has been fining them $100 per month and will only CONSIDER cleaning it up if I get neighbors to sign a petition for the HOA to spend funds to get a court order to enter their yard. The HOA would rather I deal directly with the owners, which I would love to do, but I have no idea who they are or how to contact them as the house has sat empty the entire time we have lived in Valentine.
