We the undersigned confirm that should Xcite Energy be subject to Enforcement Action, we will petition the Secretary of State and the OGA for the immediate revocation and cancellation of all Licences attributed to Xcite Energy
Invested on the basis of the asset which is excellent. We have been let down badly by a board of directors who procrastinated and should have sold the asset after discovery. This company never was and never should have tried to develop the field. Leave that to the oil majors.

Had these since 2010 & built up my holding every year based on Board RNS's, Board comments at AGM's & conferences and my own research. This outcome was never one I ever imagined based specifically on Board communications. As instructed, I listened to them, and them only. Massive mistake & feel totally cheated.

What I learned from XEL.L, that few well dressed dishonest people want to make money from people us showing North sea assets.
Allowing this activities will give wrong message to the world that NORTH SEA is worth less for production and no investor will have confident to come forward to invest in North Sea exploration projects.

This $2.5bn asset is being stolen from right under our noses! Shareholders, many of them private individuals have had their life savings, pensions and investments absolutely devastated by corporate greed, yet those running this company remain silent and not even responding to questions and queries! Shambolic!

Many thanks to WJB for this new initiative. I remain of the opinion that Bentley has a lot more value than what is implied by the 1.5% offer to existing shareholders (if it ever materialises). Hence my vote of confidence (in the value of the field) through increasing my shareholding to 2m. Foolish or wise? Time will tell.

It seems that we have seen a pre planned asset stripping in Xcite energy. This is not incidental to a perfect storm due to low oil price in the sector. It is important that AIM is not seen as a scamming tool or a rigged casino.
