We the undersigned demand that all current North Sea Licences allocated to Xcite Energy Limited (XEL) and Xcite Energy Resources (XER) are temporarily suspended forthwith, with a view to finally cancelling the Licence should the Board of Directors and Bondholders not engage further with the Private Shareholders.
XEL is to be liquidated. Please consider invoking the relevant clause in the Model Clauses.
XER has no viable financial future. Please refer to your Petroleum Licensing Financial Guidance: Financial Viability Notes.

It is a disgrace that a potential heavy well hub is being destroyed and the asset is stripped at the cost of genuine small time Private investors. What will it do to the reputation of AIM and future attraction of investment and that can not be good for the UK PLC.
A real scam, just as I retire, loosing 120,000 shares, my whole life savings!!! I have been investing since the XEL shares where worth £4-each. I was believing and trusting in Mr Cole informations until recent RNS. He needs to be investigated!!!
The behaviour of the BOD is verging on criminal. The consistent misleading messages presented directly contradict the recent statements. Suspend the license pending a full independent review which fairly represents the interests of PI's.
Holding 28,000. All I want is an open market sale of the asset and tax credits, for the purpose of paying off the bond holders and the remaining given to shareholders if any exist. No trust in the BOD after such poor communications.
Please revoke the Bentley field license to prevent the field ending up under the control of a foreign national company at the expense of the shareholders and the UK taxpayers. The OGA have a clear national duty to perform.
i have losses of £20,000 + and feel we have been lied to by the bod of xcite, in order to line their own pockets, someone in authority needs to bring these people to task.

I am a long term disabled investor wanting a better care package for my later life. I got suckered into the promises the company were making and I have lost 10s of thousands of pounds that I can no longer put to my future care needs.
