I just looked at the screen and saw 500 signatures which honestly feels like a surreal amount of people feeling this exact same frustration. It makes me wonder if they are watching the count climb because someone in that boardroom has to notice this stack of names growing right under their noses.

The emails pouring into my inbox are just wild because everyone is feeling the exact same frustration about this dilution plan. I spent all morning trying to map out who actually holds the power in these boardrooms and honestly it feels like trying to read a map in the dark. Silence from the company side is just loud at this point and I have a feeling they are waiting for us to just get tired and walk away.

The momentum building up here is honestly surreal and I keep checking my screen expecting the numbers to stop moving because this really feels like we are actually being seen now. I remember staring at this page when it was just me and maybe three other confused people and now looking at where we are is just wild because it proves that people are finally waking up to what is happening with these shares.

7 year holder and sitting on 6 figure losses after trusting the company that financing was in place. All my shares will be voting no to the current proposal and want to see bod replaced.

Yes, I have more than 800,000 Xcite share. And I will vote for NO. We as a share holder need clear clarification how this 98.5% : 1.5% calculation arrived. Also I need clarification why Board of Director not initiated to issue new bond to settle it's old one.

Total abject failure by the BOD to investigate alternative options such as rights issue, well in advance of knowing the risk of not paying back bond holders - I feel utterly robbed of a future that I feel any competent BOD would have secured for my family and I.
I vote NO.

A definite No to teh restructure, terms are disgusting after the amount shareholders have spent proving teh asset. I would rather see what we get in/after administration. The BOD deserve to be fired for their performance.

I am probably one of the youngest share holders in this company and pumped all my mothers inheritance into this shambles.. my mum passed away at 53 and left me financially stable but like a fool I put the lot in this hell hole... absolutely gutted!!

I trusted the board since I know a couple of them and trusted what they were saying and not listening to the doubters. What a mistake. I believe they overvalued the asset and had to much incorrect self belief on their ability to obtain funding.

£60,000 gone from my pension. Rupert Cole, you really want to hope we never meet.
