We ask that all common shareholders of ticker symbol REVO company name Revolutionary Concepts Inc. Sign this petition in support of assisting shareholders and the Securities Exchange Commission in finally ending the misappropriations of funds and what appear to be fraudulent activities that have given management and other previous creditors control of our company. This company was started and obtained patents by a minority innovator years ahead of his time and by the ill advisement of legal counsel and a web of lies and hidden trust accounts he now has lost it all. Lets stand together and get all of this exposed and allow the SEC to begin receivership and track the funds from licensing and royalties. Let's make current CEO and board of directors and their legal counsel explain where the monies are and what exactly was the greenwood deal and how would it benefit shareholders or was it a tool to allow rainco industries gain total control and wiggle their way into massive control over our exclusive licensee eyetalk365 also the new classes or shares which shows the current CEO gave away our 40% gross revenues from our exclusive licensee to an unnamed company for some untraceable shares in that unnamed company. There is so many unanswered questions meanwhile the current CEO and board of directors waste our current revenues from licensing and refuse to get financials current because it is believed that doing so would expose all the misappropriations of fund. Unite REVO share holders and anyone who wants to see a scam and potential fraud reversed. Any legal counsel that would like to offer a hand it would be greatly appreciated as well.

Seeing this much energy build up around the REVO situation feels surreal because for so long it was just me shouting into the void alone. It is honestly overwhelming to see so many people who actually care about where our money went and why the board is hiding those financials. I am still processing this momentum but we definitely have their attention now.

I have 10M shares. Honest people like me, who play by the rule and pay taxes, expect company like REVO follows the rule and play fair. I signed.

I too am one of the people that have been here since the begging .I am 1 of 2 people that bought my warrants way way back. I have know Ron for over 10 years . It has been a long tough road for him personally. I am still 100% behind him. He has been through a lot. So i hope this helps. I have over 10 million share . A lot were bought when the stock was at 50 cents a share .
As an original stockholder, I find it appalling that I and others invested in this company are locked out by people who use nothing more than their ability to manipulate to their advantage to steal benefits that rightfully belong to investors.
Yes,. SEC stop this Fraudulent Conduct of the REVO Board of Directors, and it's Current CEO. The markets deserve better. Restore Ronald Carter to CEO and President of REVO.
