We the undersigned concerned common shareholder's of Terrestar Corporation, express our concern's and opinion's as our right's. We hereby object to the plans of the Terrestar debtors.We ask for an appointed neutral examiner, to value the assets properly. We also request a sale of all assets of Terrestar Corporation as it is in the best interest of all, by signing this petition:
WE HEREBY OBJECT TO THE PLANS SET FORTH BY THE DEBTORS AS IT IS NOT IN THE BEST INTEREST OF ALL. WE ALSO REQUEST AN INDEPENDENT EXAMINER, AND REQUEST A SALE OF ALL ASSETS UNDER A CHAPTER 11 LIQUIDATION:

The momentum we have built proves the debtors cannot simply ignore our rights while they mismanage these assets. We are demanding a neutral examiner to expose their failures and force a fair liquidation that actually serves the shareholders. This fight is far from over but Terrestar knows we are watching their every move.

WHERE IS MY MONEY??????? This is daylight robbery
Need a neutral party in here ASAP. This whole thing feels extremely shady from the start.
Proper asset valuation is the only way to make this fair. Stop letting them sell us out for pennies.
This plan is a mess. Get an examiner to look at the books before they wipe us out completely.
total loss for the little guy. we deserve better than these rigged plans.
