1. Replace and improve door locks and door frames for all apartment doors, including sliding glass doors.
2. Replace garage doors with modern (and more secure) sliding garage doors.
3. Increase the number of light fixtures on the Wood Creek property, and improve the brightness of all existing lights on the property.
4. Increase security patrols and surveillance cameras on the property.
5. Work with the city of Pleasant Hill and the Pleasant Hill Police Department to improve lighting on adjacent streets and increase police presence in area.
