The traffic analysis the MPD performed in our development indicated that on Vale Drive, 85% of the vehicles are traveling at 41 mph and on Woodcliff Boulevard 85% of the vehicles are traveling 38 mph. Given that the speed limit is 25 mph we feel this poses a safety risk to our residents.

Please sign this petition so we can represent your interests and the results at the March 2nd meeting of the Marlboro Town Council.

After last week's terrible motor vehicle accident at the front entrance of Woodcliff, a secondary exit to the development should exist! I agree that speed bumps should be placed to reduce speed in the development for the safety of children especially during the summer months!

Very concerned of the excessive speed in and around the Woodcliff Development. Families are at risk with children on the street playing adjacent to their homes.

At 7am Drivers that do not live here-are entering the community- to carpool etc. they are speeding and talking on the phone. I've seen school buses speeding past our house as well. There are children standing at the side of the road waiting for their school buses. It's like standing on the side of a busy Highway - Not safe to stand at the side of the road and wait for a school bus- and not safe to ride a bike on the road. Nor is it safe for kids to play in their driveway because what will happen if a ball went into a this highway?

A flashing sing would be helpful to remind people to slow down, because I believe it to be forgetfulness, not deliberate

I would also suggest an additional Stop sign on Vale Drive where it intersects with Sterling Drive. This might slow down the speeders.

Woodcliff residents have been complainint for over 20 years about the traffic speeds in the development. It's about time the MPD and town council do something.

We need 25 miles dividers to mitigate the risks with speeding vehicles

Totally agree. Need speed breakers in the development and a second exit possibly to Nolan road
