A local woman recently confessed to poisoning two dogs who she believes had apparently killed her livestock. She has no proof these two dogs were the ones to harm any animals. She had not given ample time for owners to be notified. In the state of Wisconsin it is illegal to poison any animal whom may have an owner. Justice needs to be brought to those who harm mans best friend. Not only police dogs, but any animal being poisoned, abused, or harmed in any way. Sign the petition to show the DA that justice must be served. Be the voice of the dogs who could be suffering.
