So sorry for your loss, she is a beautiful angel. Your gun crazy neighbour needs to pay for what he has done. Thank goodness her pups are doing well. You cross my mind more than a few times a day... I agree with a previous comment " we all hugged our Aussies extra hard the past few nights" . Hope he pays for what he's done!

This man is a danger to society. What if that had been a child? A dog's life is worth no less than man's. Her pups are small and may not live. Punish this guy and send a message to others that animal cruelty will not be tolerated.

In the state of Mo. he would be prosecuted for that act unless the trespassing dog was posing a threat to his family or livestock.

What the man did was a sensless act of cruelty. The dog was doing nothing wrong. If he didnt want the dog on the propery he could have done several other things like yelling, making loud noises, chasing her out, etc rather than just sending a bullet her way. He needs to pay for what he did.

This was a sensless act of animal cruelty at it's worst. The man new the dog belonged to his neighbors and confessed that the dog was doing and causing no harm to my brother-in-law. I have been around Dually and she was a very tame and loving dog.

If he has this 'shoot whatever comes on his property' attitude what's to say he would not harm a child who wandered into his yard. Just a thought. the guy needs to be checked out for mental stability at very least.

This is reprehensible, there is no excuse for shooting Dually and this man should be prosecuted!!!!
