We, the students of West Morris Mendham High School, support our teachers in their negotiations to reach a new employment agreement with the Board of Education. We encourage the Board to come to an agreement with our teachers as soon as possible. They do so much for us and our community, so we hope you can resolve your differences quickly.

I have been hearing from so many former teachers who reached out to share their own experiences with the board process. While the administration remains quiet for now, your constant pressure ensures they see exactly how much we value the people who teach us every day.

Seeing the overwhelming support for my mentors has been truly humbling. It is clear that our entire community recognizes how much these educators pour into our lives every single day.

Give them a contract already, it's not fair for the teachers and their families, or the students who's academics are threatened by the strikes.
Honestly mendham is one of Nj's top schools and it's pitiful that it won't give its teachers contracts.
Our teachers deserve to be respected for all the hard work they do; it is unfair that they have not had their contracts renewed!
it is so helpful having teachers to be there for extra help.....and now they aren't allowed.
Just sign it already teachers already take the paycut by just being teacher with the low salarys.
Treat our teachers with the respect that they deserve!
i believe it's stupid the teachers don't have a contract

Our teachers are the ones that make this district what it is. As students, we show our gratitude and appreciation towards our teachers for supporting us by supporting them in this cause. BOE, IF you care about supporting your students, support your teachers and give them a contract!
