Dear Board of Education,
We, the residents of Yorkshire village urge you to end the stalemate and negotiate with the teachers to ratify a contract that is mutually acceptable. We want you to keep our children in mind and also how the lack of resolution has adversely affected them. A positive outcome to the negotiations can still be achieved in time before September.
We believe in our public school system. We would like to believe that you value our teachers and the quality education they provide to our children. Enough damage has already been done. It needs to stop now.

Teachers, like any other professionals are free to work where they are treated best. The township needs to do everything to retain and attract the best teachers. Quality of the school system is the number one factor that determines the value of our homes, so this issue is important even if the tax-payers have no school going children.
Teachers play an important role in development of our kids careers, they will not only help them grow personally but for betterment of society as whole. LTPS Teachers surely deserve better treatment Lawrence BOE. With a hope to get a quick resolution I fully support this petition,
Please let our Tax dollars be spent wisely by expediting the Contract with Teachers who mold our children and lay the foundation for a better society.
Teachers play the most important role in our children's education. Hoping for a resolution at the earliest.
Please do the right thing by giving teachers there dues as they r the ones who shape a child's n nations future.
Settle the teacher contracts so we don't lose more great teachers!!

As an alumni, this is an extremely important issue and I would hate to see other people have a less than stellar learning experience at LHS.
Teachers, like any other professionals are free to work where they are treated best. The township needs to do everything to retain and attract the best teachers.
