We, teachers at the Marlboro Central School District and members of the Marlboro Faculty Association, respectfully call on our union leaders to work together with the district to renegotiate our contract to cut school expenditures.  We are willing to make concessions, including pay freezes or reductions if they will ultimately save programs, save jobs and help the children and taxpayers of this community.
