The feedback coming in from neighbors has been heavy and revealing. I have spent the last few nights sorting through the legal logistics to understand exactly what it takes to actually dissolve this entity. It is a slow and exhausting process but the need for change remains clear.

I find it ridiculous that the homes at both entrances are not part of it but they want to regulate the homes in the center of it. Makes no sense! I vote to get rid of it.
The fact that our neighborhood residents are paying as much money as we are so the grass around a gross run off pond and a sign at ONE entrance can get mowed is ridiculous. Put in something that actually benefits our neighborhood and I could see the point of a HOA. Get rid of it!!!!
I think HOAs are an excellent idea if there actually is one. I have emailed 3 times with no response. I was wondering what my money is actually going to. What are the by laws, etc. right now I vote to dissolve it.

I would like it removed. It is useless except for the minimal payout for landscaping services.

I understand the reasoning with hoa and they also pay to have our common grounds mowed I'm ok with that. I am not ok with them telling me I'm not allowed to have a shed and certain kind of fence! We live in a starter home community not a real nice exspensive neighborhood!! I see neighborhoods 3time as exspensive as ours and they have no hoa or allowed to have a shed. I am all for removal of hoa
