Walsall Council is ignoring the rot in our town center while our properties fall into ruin. We need to hit 250 signatures immediately to force them to stop stalling and take action on these derelict sites. Push this link out to everyone you know right now because we cannot afford to wait any longer.

Walsall Council keeps ignoring our town while these sites rot into the ground. We need to hit the hundred mark right now to force them to look at what they are destroying. Get this link out to everyone you know who is tired of watching Willenhall fall apart.

Willenhall Town has so much potential but needs massive investment and the old Legge's is an eyesore which would put off most investors. Walsall needs to do better.

These derelict buildings are in a disgusting state and a slur on willenhall town centre. they have been like this for many years. The council should compulsory purchase both buildings and use the sites for much needed social housing.

The town is in a great state disrepair and it needs cleaning up to generate investment in the area.
So please don’t ignore the voice of the people of Willenhall and show us that you care not only about Walsall town centre but the outlying areas. Willenhall was once a proud and productive place to live and work let’s make it that way again.

Willenhall seems like a neglected town. So many unused, dilapidated buildings that could be refurbed/converted into homes or businesses. How long would similar buildings be abandoned for if they were in London?

I live in Willenhall and am sick and tired of this eyesore building. I give up my free time to litter pick in Willenhall to make my area a cleaner and more pleasant place to live. It's time Walsall council did their bit and gets rid of this eyesore.

Areas of Willenhall look run down due to the apathy of their owners. Walsall council need to buy these buildings back and renovate them were possible to give the people of Willenhall a more positive environment to live and thrive in. Dereliction in infrastructure leads to poor community spirt and a decline in well-being of Willenhall people

I'd like the council to use powers to purchase and put money back into the public by taking control of derelict sites
