We the undersigned would like to be able to buy 100% gluten-free baked goods from Revolution Bakery at the Santa Farmers' Market.

The Santa Fe Farmers' Market board has refused to approve Revolution Bakery as a market vendor because owner Dionne Christian doesn't grow her own harvest to use for ingredients. Yet other vendors who aren't even from Santa Fe are selling-gluten free goods at the market, made with commercial products, so these rules and regulations are arbitrary.

The market board's response to Revolution Bakery has smacked of favoritism and reveals the board's lack of diversity.

At Revolution Bakery, we make all of our own foods by scratch in a 100% gluten-free environment with no risk of accidental cross-contamination, and we are the only restaurant in all of Santa Fe providing that guarantee. We also hire local people and support the Santa Fe community.

We now need the support of the Santa Fe community. With only 500 signatures, we can present this petition to the Santa Fe Farmer's Market board, appealing its decision to refuse us entry into the local farmer's market. Please sign below and let the board members know that you support Revolution Bakery and would like to be able to buy our baked goods at your local farmer's market. Thank you!

Revolution Bakery should be allowed to sell at the Santa Fe Farmers Market. They produce a consistently high quality product! They can work with the other gluten free vendors so they offer different products. Revolution Bakery will be a real asset to the Santa Fe Market.

Revolution Bakery is THE best bakery in Santa Fe and one of the most conscientious businesses around. It would draw a whole new audience TO the Farmers Market. We need to support local businesses - not imports from Taos!

I love Revolution Bakery's products, but even more their community spirit. They are always ready to provide goodies for worthy local non-profits. They are OF this community as well as IN it. Please see what can be done to keep this business in good health by introducing them to your customers.

As a Santa Fean that suffers from Celiac disease, I have tried many gluten free products.Revolution Bakery is the best in the USA and we are lucky that they want to be a part of farmer's mkt.

Ask the Market Board if all their vendors also grow the trees to make the paper in which they wrap their goods in.? OR do all the bakers own the cows that produce the dairy used in the baking process? Or grow all the ingredients for every recipe? I love Revolution Bakery!

Dionne Christian's REVOLUTION bread is the only bread I am able to eat! I've been without bread for over two months! Please, please, let REVOLUTION BAKERY into the Santa Fe Market. Thank you so very, very much. Kay Northcutt, celiac sufferer.

Whether a person is gluten free by choice or medical necessity, the Santa Fe Farmers Market is DISCRIMINATING against gluten-free patrons by not supporting locally made gluten-free products. Having sampled several gluten-free bakeries throughout the US, I can personally attest that Revolution Bakery is one of the BEST!

Dionne's exceptional food needs to reach a larger market for those of us who are gluten-free.
